LIME DESIGN engages in the development and articulation of distinctive identities for institutions, companies,
and individuals.
ME WERK BERLIN serves as a platform for method-based narratives, lectures, seminars and workshops, with a particular emphasis on the STÜLP approach – a methodology that frames imperfection and contradiction not as deficits, but as productive forces for individuals, institutions and companies.
"As a child, I grew up with only one book:
a cookbook that came as a gift with a set of cookware.
Receiving my first fairy tale book at the age of seven
was a revelation — it sparked a lifelong fascination
with stories, images, and inner transformation.
That early ignition led me to study visual communication
and to dream of creating my own children's books.
My breakthrough came with a series on
aging and intergenerational conflict,
now part of school curriculums in several countries.
Over time I’ve written or illustrated more than 50 children’s books, including Little Lilli, who dreams of strength,
and Bitter Bad Paloma, who seeks belonging.
Today, I combine storytelling with systemic thinking
to create authentic brand identities and
resonant narratives for companies and institutions.
My lectures, seminars and designs are guided
by the belief that true potential arises
not from perfection, but from shared connection."
